About This Course
Become a part of a group of like-minded people that have the same goal – to live the best life. You will have the opportunity to connect with your true purpose in life. With the help of some tools and resources, you will be on your A-game in no time.
Reading inspirational books and listening to popular personal development podcasts is a good way to start if you want to make changes in your life, but it’s not enough. Finding your life’s purpose and meaning – your mission and vision is not easy if you are on your own… most of the people are confused and are not sure of the path they want to take in life.
One-on-one coaching works, yes. However, if you are part of a group of people that want the same as you, you will hear stories and struggles other people have that can help you hone in your goals, mission, and vision.
Not only that you will have a group that you can rely on, but you will also have a trained and experienced coach that will lead you every step of the way towards the best version of yourself. You will also be appointed an accountability buddy, a person that will be your go-to contact if you have any struggles with your homework or your weekly commitments.
That’s why we have created Managing Yourself (Be on your A-game) course that can help anyone enrolled, focus on their goals, develop necessary habits that will lead them to the goals, define their unique life mission and vision.
Managing Yourself is a 3 month managed program with weekly meetings. Your coach and group will hold you accountable for every commitment for the week.

A Proven Process
The Master yourself course is based on the tried and tested process. More than 30 participants were part of the first couple of test runs of the course, to make sure every important topic is covered so that you could get the most out of the course curriculum.
The whole process is based on business processes that have been proven to work for a business, so we tested it out and find out that the same principles can be applied on other aspects of life – on a personal level, to a relationship and family.
The whole idea started with David Henzel when he was looking out for ways to improve his family-work life. So, he found out that it’s not about the balance, it’s about integration and each aspect of one’s life clicking together.
"For me, working on my personal North Star was a very mind-opening task and gave me clarity about where I want to go and what I need to do to get there."
"This is a great opportunity to think about the direction where you're heading and dig deeper. Besides my personal growth I really enjoyed meeting with the rest of the team and the conversations."
"Managing Happiness has definitely opened my eyes and helped me to clearly define my core values, which automatically solved two of my biggest internal struggles/problems and saying 'NO' to things/people. Definitely recommend to everyone!!"
"Manage Yourself course pushed me to discover my own values and then guided me to design routines around those values. While the course itself was doing that, the group helped with the accountability part."
"David's Manage Yourself course is great to get on top of your personal Mount Everest and to enjoy the hike!"
