How do you manage your happiness?

QUOTE (17:34): “I’ve gotta be improving every day. And I know sometimes I think, oh, I’m tired, but then, you know, ain’t dead, can’t quit. So I know that I have to move forward. I have to be better at working on myself all the time to feel good about life. I don’t wanna be stuck.”

How can I avoid losing my focus and get distracted by too many ideas?

QUOTE (22:01): “I teach these people that have got a lot of ideas to keep a notebook and write their ideas down. You may not use ’em or you might, but it clears your brain. I got this good idea, but I don’t wanna let go of it. I think it’s a really good skill because these people, and I’m the same person, except for that, I’m farther down the road in life. When I was younger, it was like this, I had this idea and this idea and this idea, and it still can be that way. But when you write down in a book, then you clear up your mind. So you’re not thinking, but I don’t wanna let go of this idea. It’s not gone. You still got it. You can get back to it right now. I gotta focus on this.”
